&amp;#61656;	Advise management on Labour Law and employee relation issues, including the translation of relevant documentation when necessary.
&amp;#61656;	Assist the Manager, Public Relations and Clearance with Labour and Employee Relations cases.
&amp;#61656;	Maintain records of new Bahraini employees and leavers, in coordination with the Manager, HR Operations.
&amp;#61656;	Manage team of receptionists and office boys and other staff assigned to him / her in the course of his / her duties.
&amp;#61656;	Liaise with other team members where necessary in relation to leave, absenteeism and related issues.

Responsible for gathering, analyzing and presenting sales, customer service and churn operational KPIs information from all operating companies within Bintel Group. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. To understand sales, customer services and churn operation requirement and continuously developing and enhancing management and operation reports/analysis to support business strategy. 
2. Process data on daily/weekly/monthly basis to generate reports for management audit and review to ensure opco targets all Key Performance Indices are achieved.
3. To produce comprehensive, readable and easy to understand reports. 
4. Collects, analyzes and to identify potential gaps, customer needs and customer problems affecting operations.
5. Prepares reports, analyzes and survey ongoing trends/problems which affect complete customer satisfaction, as and when required by management.
6. Responsible for customer complaint management analysis and customer quality support analysis.
7. To work closely with Operation and Management team in providing feedback and recommendation on areas for improvement for better process and performance result.
8. To consolidate, prepare and analyze monthly Sales, Customer Services and Churn reports for all departments in Commercial and provide recommendation(s) based on the analysis obtained. This includes preparation of Business Performance Report &amp; Commentary Reports, and coordinate reports requirement(s) from different opcos and HQ teams. 
9. Maintaining the reporting / data / information of Sales, Customer Service and Churn for each opco at HQ level. 
10. Ensure the preparation of required reports on a timely and accurate basis, thus to ensure timely response to the management.



SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Drafting / documenting / updating of reporting process flows &amp; procedures.
2. Research related operation problems, trouble shooting and propose effective recommendation.
3. Accepts tasks, assumes ownership, and ensures follow through for any other assigned tasks.
4. Performs other related duties as assigned from time to time.
